We really understand the importance of having only the best guests. Verified guests will have undergone a process to establish their credibility, the process typically involves gathering and validating guest’s identity, payment details and sometimes reviews from previous hosts.

Our dedicated team will review your property’s condition, location, accessibility and local laws. On an ongoing basis, you will experience less wear and tear, and with professional cleaning services in place we can maintain the property in show home condition

We deal will all Guests
You can enjoy a stress-free experience. We are wholly responsible for our corporate clients/guests. We take care of guest communication, bookings, maintenance coordination, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your business.
FAQ's
Will your family be living there?
No, we run a Company providing short term accommodation for our corporate clients. We work with leading organisations such as Ballymore Construction who need entire properties for the duration of their stay.
Who will pay the rent?
Our Company (Zenzone Investments Limited) is responsible for paying the rent.
Is that like Airbnb?
We primarily work directly with organisations and corporate relocation agencies. On occasion companies make long bookings through Airbnb and Booking.com so I will be using these sources for a proportion of my corporate clients.
So if you get three unrelated people staying in the property, isn’t that a HMO?
Our clients are staying with us as guests and the property will not be their principle prime residence, so they do not fall under HMO regulation. We provide our guests with strict T&C's during their stay.
Isn’t that illegal subletting?
We would always want you to make sure that the landlord has given permission for our
Company to have our clients stay as guests. This is a form of company letting and we would be happy to use your company let agreement.
We need to do six monthly inspections.
That is absolutely fine. We just need the standard notice of when you will visit so we can let our clients know.
Our letting agency always needs to know the names of the tenants who stay in the property.
The agreement is between our Company (Zenzone) and your letting agency so we are your tenant. You do not need to know the names of our guests as we are wholly responsible for them and they will not be living there as their permanent residence. Our guests are NOT tenants.
